THE VINEYARDS

Estate-grown wines rooted in terroir and tradition.

The vineyards at Foxmoor occupy land where the soil drains well and the sun lingers late into autumn afternoons. Here, we grow wine grapes with the same philosophy that guides everything on this farm: slowly, carefully, and with deep respect for what the land wants to give.

Our vines are tended by hand throughout the growing season—trained, pruned, and harvested at the moment of perfect ripeness. We believe great wine begins in the vineyard, not the cellar, and we farm accordingly.

Our Approach

We practice sustainable viticulture, using cover crops to build soil health, encouraging beneficial insects, and avoiding synthetic pesticides and herbicides. The result is a vineyard ecosystem that supports itself—where biodiversity in the rows translates to complexity in the glass.

Yields are kept deliberately low, concentrating flavors in fewer, more intense clusters. Each vintage reflects the particular character of its growing season—the late rains, the early frost, the weeks of perfect sunshine. We don't try to make the same wine every year. We let the year make the wine.
